How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your number of members or borrowers, whether you choose Offline or Cloud, and any customisation you need. Message us on WhatsApp with your size and we'll send a free quote.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Our Offline Desktop packages do not need the internet to function. Perfect for areas with unstable network connections. The Cloud version requires internet so you can access it from your phone.

Can you move our existing records from Excel or paper?

Yes. During setup we help you bring your existing member, savings and loan records into the system so you don't start from zero.

Is staff training included?

Yes, we train your team to use the system as part of setup. Enterprise packages include on-site training at your offices.

Can I send SMS notifications to members?

Yes. Both the Cloud and Enterprise packages support automated SMS notifications for deposits, loan approvals, and repayment reminders (SMS credits are purchased separately from network providers).

Where is our data stored?

For offline packages, your database sits on your own computer and you back it up to a USB drive. For Cloud packages, your data is securely hosted with automatic daily backups.

Can the software be customized?

Absolutely. We build these systems to fit your specific business rules. If you have a unique way of calculating interest or managing shares, we can customize the app to match your exact bylaws.

What support do you offer after we go live?
